The apartment is all yours during your stay — no shared areas 🏡. You enter, close the door and have total privacy.

• Three independent bedrooms with 2 comfortable single beds each (6 people) and a living room with a sofa bed (2 people), ideal for up to 8 people.
• Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Washing machine and free toiletries.
• Cozy living room with sofa bed and parquet floor, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or adventures at PortAventura.
• Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, utensils and dining area to prepare and enjoy your meals.
• Terrace and balcony with views of the garden and the promenade, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or sunbathing.
• Connectivity and comfort: Free WiFi, air conditioning throughout the apartment and rooms, and a large flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that includes Netflix and all the services you have active (remember to log out of your accounts once you leave).

  📍 The area and surroundings

  The accommodation is located in one of the best areas of Salou, 3 minutes from the best beaches and surrounded by restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere. Very close by you can enjoy iconic places such as PortAventura World, perfect for all ages, or stroll along the Paseo Jaume I, ideal for enjoying the sea, sun and Mediterranean atmosphere. A perfect location to combine relaxation, leisure and fun without needing to take the car.
  

🛡️ Building Security

From June to September, the building has a security guard to ensure the tranquility, proper use of the facilities and the safety of all guests. He will only act as a guard and if there is no problem he will not interact with the guests or the apartment (see Deposits/Penalties for more information).

👌 We will not be physically present in the apartment and we will not interfere with your stay, unless you have any questions. We will be available most of the time by phone to help you with whatever you need. Treat the accommodation as if it were your home :)

💥 Deposits/Penalties

• A deposit of €300 will be required, which must be paid at check-in by bank transfer or Bizum. This amount will be refunded once it has been verified that the accommodation is in good condition and that no damage or incidents have occurred during the stay. The refund may be made within up to 24 hours after check-out.

The host must be at least 18 years old to check-in. TAC LIFESTYLE S.L. decides whether to apply this deposit or not.

• If neighbors complain and local authorities or the security guard even open an incident report, we will proceed to charge a penalty of up to €500 (depending on the severity of the matter).
• If the property or any item of the property suffers damage or theft and it is verified with evidence, we will request a penalty/deposit of up to €600 (depending on the severity of the matter).

⚠️ Additional Charges

The price includes the tourist tax of €1.93 per person/night.

€40 for the cleaning service In the event that the property is delivered in excessively dirty conditions (very dirty bathrooms, major stains, spills not cleaned in the fridge or floors, excessive rubbish, etc.), a partial or total charge will be made from the cleaning deposit or security deposit, as appropriate. The goal is to keep the house in good condition for the next guests. The vast majority of our guests do it excellently, and we hope you do too! 😊

🪪 Prior Identification

– By regulation of the Generalitat de Catalunya, it is mandatory to identify all guests, including minors under 14 years of age. For minors, only their name, surname and relationship with the booking holder is required. All information must be completed one day (24h) before arrival. We will use a secure online link to comply with LOPD. Completing the traveler registration is mandatory; otherwise it will be considered a "no-show" with no right to refund.

– One week before your stay we will send you a secure link to your mobile/email.

– You enter the data, fill out the document and sign from your mobile.

– The registration is done in a couple of minutes ⏱️. 

– When it is ready, we can give access to the property 🔐

👀 Instructions for check-out

– Remove used bed linen and leave it on one side

– Clean used cutlery and crockery

– Collect used towels from the apartment and leave them on the floor of any bathroom

– Take your personal items with you

– Remove food and drink leftovers

– Take out the rubbish and deposit it in the nearest container

– Turn off lights and appliances
